Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps
After completing the rigorous audition process, I was lucky enough to receive contracts to march with Carolina Crown for the summers of 2015, 2016, and 2018. There, I learned from some of the best music educators in the country about hard work, dedication, and to pursue excellence in everything that I do. I also learned from them invaluable information regarding rehearsal techniques and procedures in order to have successful rehearsals. I then was able to put these techniques into practice when I returned to teach my own programs.

Freelance Performances
I regularly perform at various gigs all over the Long Island and NYC area. These gigs have ranged from Easter/Christmas church services, to band gigs in NYC, to corporate parties in NYC, to wedding cocktail hours, to various high school pit orchestra musical performances. The styles I have performed in have ranged from classical, to pop, to jazz and improvisation. Each of these performances requires a special type of preparation, and I make sure to be fully prepared for each one. I treat each of these performances as an opportunity for me to spread the joy of live music to everyone in the audience.

Purchase Conservatory of Music
During my undergraduate years as a trumpet performance major, I was a part of the Conservatory of Music at SUNY Purchase. There, I studied privately with some of the top musicians in NYC, and learned what it is like to be in an ensemble of the highest level. During my junior and senior years, I was the principal trumpet of the Purchase Symphony Orchestra, and the Purchase Brass Ensemble. During my time as principal trumpet, we performed works such as the Firebird Suite, Pictures at an Exhibition, The Star Wars Suite, Peter and the Wolf, and many others.
